Here are the step by step instructions to getting someone setup with the church center app for the first time.
  1. Open camera and Scan the QR code or search your app store for “Church Center” or click one of these links Android or iOS.
  2. Download the app.
  3. Once downloaded, Open the app and click on “Get Started”.
    • You may be asked to share your location, click allow once.
  4. Search for Center Pointe.
  5. Click on the Center Pointe Community logo and select Log in.
  6. You will then get asked to enter a mobile phone number, click next.
  7. Church Center will text you a login code, enter the code in the app and click next.
  8. If you see your name, you are all set. Click login as...
  9. You will be asked if you would like notifications, please choose allow so you don't miss out on getting notified of your alerts.

We have set up multiple resources for your church within the Church Center menu, and more are to come. Most features are found using the navigation menu on the top right (mobile) or on the main home page menu (browser).

We are still using Pushpay to do all giving online. You can still access it through the link in the menu of the church center app.

  • Check-In: The easiest way to check in the whole family for Kids Ministry and other family events. Click the button, click on the service, click on the family members checking in, and click Check-In and you're done!

  • Groups: View, sign-up or connect with a leader for any small group in the church.

Profiles

Update your personal and family information, including your photo.

  1. Click on your photo or initials at the top-right corner of the screen to go into the “Me” screen.
  2. To update your personal information, click on your name/photo at the top. This will take you to the “My profile & settings” screen. Click on each item to modify it. When done, click the Update link at the top-right of the screen.
    • You may also update your personal photo from here. Click on the Pencil icon or the “Update Photo” link (at the top of the “My profile & settings” screen). Then upload a photo from your device.
  3. For heads of households: to update your household information, from the Account screen, click on “My Household” section. It will take you to a listing of your household members. Click on each member of your hou sehold to update their information. Just like updating your own information, click on each item to edit it, then make sure to click the “Update” link at the top-right of the screen.
    • Note: if you need to add or remove a household member, there is a link at the bottom of the page to contact us by email. We’ll be happy to help you out.

Directory

Choose what information you want on your directory profile

The church directory is only available to those individuals who have completed membership at your church, attenders and guests will not have access to this information, but can choose to make their information available on the directory.
  1. To choose what information to share on the church directory, click here or go to Directory profile under profile and settings.
  2. There are options under “Directory profile” for both your personal information and your household members’ information (if you are part of a household). Check each box to allow the directory to include that piece of information.
  3. When ready, click the “Update” button to save your settings and update the church directory.
  4. To view your information and find others in the directory, click the “Directory” link within the app or via the website.
