Your Account
Updating Your and Your Family's Information and Photo
- Click on your photo or initials at the top-right corner of the screen to go into the “Me” screen.
- To update your personal information, click on your name/photo at the top. This will take you to the “My profile & settings” screen. Click on each item to modify it. When done, click the Update link at the top-right of the screen.
- You may also update your personal photo from here. Click on the Pencil icon or the “Update Photo” link (at the top of the “My profile & settings” screen). Then upload a photo from your device.
- For heads of households: to update your household information, from the Account screen, click on the photos or initials under the “My Household” section. It will take you to a listing of your household members. Click on each member of your household to update their information. Just like updating your own information, click on each item to edit it, then make sure to click the “Update” link at the top-right of the screen.
- Note: if you need to add or remove a household member, there is a link at the bottom of the page to contact us by email. We’ll be happy to help you out.
Church Directory
Choose what information you want on the church directory
- To choose what information to share on the church directory, click here.
- There are options under “Directory Settings” for both your personal information and your household members’ information (if you are part of a household). Check each box to allow the directory to include that piece of information.
- When ready, click the “Update profile” button at the bottom right of the page to save your settings and update the church directory.
- To view your information and find others in the directory, click the “Directory” link within the app.

📣 Communication – I want to send a message…
- To a specific group (like a small group or team)?
- Use Groups (chat or email).

- Use Registrations → Email attendees directly.

- Use Lists in People → Filter your audience and email them.
Notes:
- People - Lists have access to send emails, in-app alerts, and text messaging. Email and Notifications are free, Texting is not.
- Automations in People can send follow-ups and reminders.
📅 Events - I want to create an event:
- To a specific group (like a small group or team)?
- Yes -> Create under Groups (auto-adds to Calendar)
- No ->
- Will it require registration?
- Yes -> Start with registration and then it will autocreate an event, that you can then edit.
- No -> Use Calendar (Book rooms/services)
Notes:
- Groups events allow RSVPs, attendance tracking.
- Calendar is best for church-wide events and rooms.
- Services is ideal for worship/volunteer planning.
🧾 Check-In / Tracking - A want to track attendance and be secure
- Is it for a large group?
- Yes -> Use Check-Ins for kids, volunteers: name badges, alerts, logs.
- Registrations and Services include built-in attendance tools.
- No -> Groups include attendance tracking for events and meetings.
📝 Forms / Registrations - I want to make a sign-up.
Is it event related?
- Yes -> Go to the event on the calendar, then under the Connections tab, click ‘Registrations’ and begin building your form.
- No -> Go to People > Forms and build a form that will live forever.
- Registrations - Includes attendee tracking and Check-Ins integration.
- Lists can filter based on registration responses to help target follow-ups and communication.
🙋♂️ Volunteer Scheduling & Services
- Use Services to schedule teams, upload resources, email plans.
- Tracks volunteer attendance and integrates with Calendar.

- People: Free database with lists, workflows, custom fields.
